Returns and shipping
You can return full-price items within 30 days of delivery, and sale items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with the original packaging. Please include your packing slip with your details, so we can easily process your order.

You are responsible for your own return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing. For items over £75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

We ship worldwide via Royal Mail. Customers are responsible for customs/import fees.
