Shipping is shown at checkout before you pay. International orders may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country, and these are the customer’s responsibility.
If your order hasn’t arrived, get in touch through our contact page with your order number.
Returns
If you’re not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of it being delivered. Sale items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items should be unworn and unwashed.
To start a return, get in touch through our contact page. Please include the original packing slip and a short note with your return instructions.
Where to send your return: Stay Left, 205 Higher Road, Halewood, Liverpool L26 1UN.
You pay to send your return, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing. For items over £75 we recommend a tracked service.
Refunds: once your return arrives, we’ll check it and email you. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving it. If you cancel within 14 days of delivery, we’ll also refund the original standard delivery charge.
Faulty or wrong items: contact us through the contact page with your order number and a photo, and we’ll sort it out.
Wrong size? Check the size guide before ordering. Adult tees are a fashion fit, so size up for a relaxed look.
